What is live help?Live help is a Web application that enables visitors/clients on your site to ask questions
or get assistance from a live operator while the are reviewing your products and services.
This is accomplished by the visitor by simply clicking on the "Click here for Live Help"
button.
The visitor and the operator can then engage in a real time question and answer
session/chat.
When the operator is not available the button changes to "Questions? Leave a
message". This opens an e-mail window that allows the user to submit the question.Benefits
